Rajastani food is incomplete without Dal-Baati-Churma.It consistes of baatis or flaky round breads baked over firewood or kandas(cow dung cakes). They are always served dipped in ghee accompanied with panchmel or panch kutti dal or churma.The three together make a very filling meal.
